Monster Makers: Pinch Pot Creatures

Bring your silliest ideas to life! In this hands-on, beginner-friendly clay class, kiddos (and fun-loving grown-ups) will learn the pinch-pot technique and transform it into a goofy monster—think eyes, teeth, horns, tentacles, and more. We’ll cover shaping, attaching pieces, adding textures, and simple finishing so every creature has tons of personality.

What to Expect

• Quick intro to clay and pinch-pot basics
• Step-by-step shaping of your pot “body”
• Add features: eyes, teeth, horns, tongues, spikes, and handles
• Texture tricks for scales, fur, and warts
• Paint & sealing tips and care at home
