Pottery Wheel Throwing - 4 Day Immersion Series Starting July 23rd at 6pm

Schedule:

Days 1-3: These three days will be consecutive. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Day 4: This class day is flexible as participants will be glazing their finished pieces once they have been bisque fired.

What You'll Learn:  

Day 1: Basics and Beyond Learn the fundamentals of centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping basic forms like cylinders and bowls. Dive into the art of trimming and refining your pieces to perfection.  

Day 2 and 3: Intermediate Techniques Explore advanced wheel throwing techniques to create more intricate forms and designs. Experiment with altering shapes and adding decorative elements to your pottery. Practice. Practice. Practice.  

Day 4: Glazing and Firing This date will be determined by when your pieces are dry enough to be bisque fired and when you are ready and available to glaze them.
