Pottery Wheel Time — Members Only

Welcome to The Artisan Shop & Studio Pottery Wheels!
Our wheels are ready when you are — whether you prefer to sit, stand, or dance around your clay masterpiece, there’s a space here for your creativity to spin.

We currently offer:

• Seated Wheels (BTH Sirius & BP02 models) — perfect for long, relaxed throwing sessions.
• Standing Wheels (Shimpo Aspire) — great for a quicker rhythm and full-body throwing control.

Each wheel has its own name and personality, so feel free to find your favorite and get to know it!

Before You Head Out

Help us keep the studio inspiring (and mud-free) by following our “Leave No Trace (of Clay)” rule:

• Clean your wheel — wipe down the splash pan, pedal, seat (or stand), and surrounding table.
• Return all tools — ribs, sponges, wire cutters, bats, and buckets go back where you found them.
• Mop your area — a quick pass with the mop keeps clay dust from building up.
• Store your pieces — unfinished work belongs on your personal shelf in the back room until it’s ready for firing.
• Wipe and tidy up — leave your space better than you found it.

** Your cleanup time is part of your booking, so plan the last 10–15 minutes for this step.

• Studio glazes are for in-studio pieces only.
• Respect everyone’s time — if someone’s booked after you, please wrap up promptly.
• Non-members, we love that you’re curious!
